Pretty Pipers Danish Lager

A light colored, light-bodied crisp beer that will make you want to kiss the piper who first created it. Ferment around 55 degrees F. This kit contains: 7 lbs. Pilsner malt extract; crystal malt; Saaz and Tettnanger hops; and Wyeast Danish lager or White Labs Southern German lager liquid yeast. Or you can choose dry yeast below.   You can also choose wether or not we should crack the grains for you, or leave them intact for longer storage ( > 30 days).  We will make every attempt to satisfy your hop preference, however some substitutions may happen. For instance some european hops are only available in pellet form.
