Premium Yuzu Extract

This premium extract captures the essence of Kito Yuzu—Japan's most celebrated citrus variety. Harvested in the legendary Kito Village of Tokushima, nestled at the foot of Mt. Tsurugi, these prized fruits thrive in pristine mountain conditions that have perfected their character for generations. What makes Kito Yuzu special? It was the first fruit tree ever to win Japan's prestigious Asahi Agricultural Award, back in 1978. The judges knew what they were tasting: an extraordinary balance of vivid acidity, deep complex flavor, and an aroma so potent it transforms any dish it touches. High-end Japanese chefs have relied on Kito Yuzu for decades—and now you can too. Whether you're finishing a delicate sauce, brightening a cocktail, or adding sophistication to your cooking, this extract delivers the authentic intensity that only true terroir can create. One taste explains why Kito earned its reputation as the birthplace of Japan's yuzu culture. Ingredients Yuzu
