Premium Swivel Hook This Premium Fork Mounted Swivel Hook attachment from Haugen is designed for forklifts or Telehandlers to lift those heavy and awkward loads. They are available in either a 10,000 or 14,000-pound lifting capacity. It comes with a standard pocket size 3 1/2" x 7 1/2" and a frame of 42" wide. The hook is held on 24” on center with feet to keep the hook off the ground. The forks slip into the pockets very easily with safety pins that hold and lock the forks in place.
