24" Wide Square Weave Rattan Cane Webbing Roll 24" x 72"

This Square Weave Rattan Cane Webbing adds a clean, designer look to furniture, cabinet, and home decor projects with its defined square weave pattern and natural rattan texture. This 24-inch-wide rattan cane webbing roll is made from 100% natural rattan and handwoven by skilled artisans, creating uniform square openings from aligned horizontal and vertical strands. It is ideal for chair caning, cabinet doors, decorative panels, screens, furniture makeovers, DIY home decor, furniture restoration, and custom design projects that call for a refined cane look. Each roll offers authentic character, including natural color variation, markings, and splice points that are part of the beauty of real rattan. The approximately 0.18 inch opening width creates a visible grid pattern that works beautifully for cabinet inserts, chair backs, furniture accents, and decorative applications. The material can be stained, painted, or left raw depending on your project, giving you flexibility for both modern and traditional designs. For best results, soak the rattan in warm water for 15 to 30 minutes before cutting and applying. Once soaked, the rattan becomes pliable for cutting, shaping, and installation, helping prevent splitting or unraveling when handled properly. After soaking, lay flat, pat dry, and apply while still flexible for a smooth finished result on cabinet doors, chair repairs, decorative panels, and furniture updates. This rattan cane webbing comes in a convenient 24 inch wide roll measuring 2 feet by 6 feet, providing ample material for a variety of furniture restoration and decorative projects. Also available in other weave patterns: Open Mesh and Closed Weave.
