Premium Matcha

Matcha is one of the most popular teas enjoyed in Japan. Hell, it's one of the most popular teas enjoyed worldwide. Many a client has asked for matcha, well, here it is! Japanese Green Tea Co. is a Japanese tea distributor that works with several tea farms in Japan. Many of them are winning awards in national tea competitions. This particular matcha is classified as premium grade, evident by the silkiness & lack of clumps throughout the powder. The sweet taste that comes out on the back end is something that naturally occurs in these tea leaves due to the sugarcane soil used.  Matcha has been cited to have several benefits: great for stress relief, promotes increased energy levels, potent source of antioxidants & amino acids; a veritable superfood, some would say. When it comes to tea energy, I will say this lovely little powder packs quite the punch. 1.5g is all you'll need per cup. If you are using one of the matcha sets that we provide in our shop, one heaping scoop using the bamboo scoop is all you'll need! Whether you are making this tea in a ceremonial setting or in a laid-back early morning where all you need to complete the vibes is a matchalatte, this matcha is for you.
