These Canteen gourds are some of the nicest gourds we have available! Because of this, we have limited quantities available, and they sell out fast, so grab them while you can! So named for its resemblance to a water canteen, the Welburn Canteen gourd is well known for its extremely thick shell and beautiful, symmetrical shape. They are perfect for artists looking to do detailed carving. If you're looking for canteen gourds with beautiful shells with no cracks and minimal shell blemishes, then these are the ones for you. Our gourds are known for their lovely, natural markings. These are NOT considered shell blemishes but are part of the natural beauty of the gourd.
