Premier 100B (Each)

Performance & Value Creating a loudspeaker that embodies both exceptional performance and remarkable value demanded a groundbreaking approach. By taking complete control of the manufacturing process—unheard of at this price point—we’ve achieved something truly unique. Designed and crafted in our advanced North American facility, this speaker redefines expectations, benefiting from cutting-edge innovations across the entire Epic Systems product range. Patented Perforated Phase-Aligning (PPA™) Tweeter and Midrange Lens Technology A precisely engineered perforated lens in front of the tweeter and midrange drivers enhances and smooths sound output while maintaining tonal accuracy. This design not only improves sound quality but also acts as a durable guard, protecting the drivers from potential damage. Patented Active Ridge Technology (ART™) Surrounds The Premier Series features Epic Systems’ proprietary Active Ridge Technology (ART) surrounds, developed and manufactured in-house. Overmolded directly onto the woofer and midrange cones, this innovation allows for greater excursion, delivering a 3dB boost in output and a 50% reduction in distortion. Made from resilient injection-molded thermoplastic elastomer, ART surrounds ensure reliability and durability for years of unmatched sound. Crafted in Canada The Premier Series is proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured in Epic Systems’ state-of-the-art 225,000-square-foot Canadian facility. Built using robust, non-resonant 3/4-inch MDF with strategically positioned interior bracing and reinforced front baffles, these speakers deliver performance far beyond their class. Enhanced front baffles crafted from 1-inch MDF minimize diffraction and optimize sound dispersion, while premium, furniture-grade finishes provide a polished, sophisticated aesthetic. Every element reflects superior craftsmanship and attention to detail. Partnered with the NRC Epic Systems collaborates closely with Canada’s renowned National Research Council (NRC) to advance the understanding of sound and human hearing. These insights directly shape speaker design, resulting in a listening experience that is both scientifically grounded and emotionally resonant.
