Precision Hydration Powder PH 1000 (8 Packet Box)

Product Description Since “one size fits all” is not the case with hydration, PF&H offers all-natural electrolyte drink mixes in different strengths to match how YOU sweat. PH 1000 is a strong electrolyte drink typically used by athletes with moderate to high sweat/sodium losses and those exercising in hotter/humid conditions. These are similar to their electrolyte tablets, but with more carbohydrate to aid absorption and provide a small hit of energy. The PH powder enhances the absorption of water during physical exercise with its’ hypotonic formula, so it’s not going to slow you down. Why a little sugar? There are 3 reasons why they added sugar to the new mixes. To enable faster absorption of the drink into the blood stream To allow it to go ‘all-natural’ (using just 8 ingredients) To provide just a little shot of energy to help your performance when you’re out there doing what you love and sweating One thing to note is that PH 1000’s packaging refers to the sodium content per liter. This is so that, if you’ve had a Sweat Test, you can easily match your results to the right strength drink. But, if you haven’t had a test, or you’re comparing PH to other hydration products that show the sodium content per serving/bottle, then here’s a guide for you: 1 packet in a 16oz bottle = 500mg of sodium. (Which is 1000mg per liter or 2 x 16oz bottles) Key Features Contains 1000mg of sodium per 32oz, when mixed as directed All-natural ingredients. No Artificial Flavors/Sweeteners Informed Choice certified 8 waterproof drink mix packets per box Gluten and dairy-free Vegan Osmolarity = 161 mmol/kg PH = 5.47
