Primo Precision Control Kit X-Large

This is the Primo Oval X-Large temperature control kit. The kits are sold one per grill size, and this is the X-Large listing, so match it to the grill you actually own rather than to the one you are thinking of buying next. Before anything else, the distinction that trips people up in this category: a controller is there to hold the fire steady at a target, and a thermometer is there to tell you where the fire has got to. A control kit belongs to the first group. If what you want is a reading on your phone or your wrist, you are shopping for a thermometer instead. The X-Large is the grill people load up, and a full grate means a long cook, which is precisely when temperature drift costs you. It suits the Primo Oval X-Large ceramic charcoal grill and pairs with Primo heat deflector plates for the Oval X-Large for the indirect setup those cooks call for. If you want the listing without a size attached, that is the Primo Grill Controller. More options sit in Primo ceramic charcoal grills.
