Precious Little Pink Dwarf Bearded Iris Rhizome | Soft Pink Reblooming Iris

Soft Pink Blooms | Petite Dwarf Iris | Perfect for Borders & Containers Small in stature but certainly not in charm, Precious Little Pink brings a beautiful wash of soft pink to the early spring garden. Its delicate blooms rise just above compact, sword-like foliage, creating little pockets of color at a time when the garden is beginning to wake from winter. The gentle pink coloring is romantic without being overly sweet, making this iris especially beautiful planted along pathways, at the front of perennial borders, or tucked between stones in a rock garden. Because of its naturally compact size, Precious Little Pink is also an excellent choice for containers and smaller gardens where taller bearded iris may simply be too large. Plant several together for a lovely drift of spring pink, or pair it with lavender, blue, white, and deeper purple dwarf iris for a colorful early-season display. Why You'll Love Precious Little Pink Beautiful soft pink flowers Petite size perfect for smaller spaces Blooms early in the iris season Excellent for borders and pathway edges Wonderful for rock gardens Easily grown in containers Returns year after year when properly established A lovely choice for creating a soft, romantic garden palette Plant Details Cultivar: Precious Little Pink Type: Dwarf Bearded Iris Color: Soft Pink Bloom Season: Early Season Light: Full Sun USDA Hardiness Zones: 3–9 Growth Habit: Compact, rhizomatous perennial Best Uses: Borders, rock gardens, containers, pathways and small-space gardens Order Includes 1 Premium Bare Root Precious Little Pink Iris Rhizome Each order includes one healthy, field-grown iris rhizome, carefully inspected before shipping. Rhizomes may arrive dormant or semi-dormant depending on the season. Foliage is sometimes trimmed for shipping, which is normal and does not affect the health of the rhizome. Planting Your Iris Choose a sunny location with well-draining soil. Plant the rhizome shallowly, leaving the upper portion at or slightly above the soil surface. Avoid burying bearded iris rhizomes deeply, as good air circulation and drainage are important for healthy growth. Water well after planting to help establish the roots. Once established, allow the soil to begin drying between waterings. Perfect for Small-Space Gardening One of the things we love most about dwarf iris is how easy they are to tuck into places where larger plants simply won't work. Try Precious Little Pink: Along the front of an iris bed Beside a garden pathway Between stones in a rock garden In sunny patio containers Along the edge of a perennial border Planted in groups for a beautiful sweep of soft pink The Blue Buddha Farm Difference Some of the smallest flowers can bring the biggest personality to a garden.
