Pre-Workout Variety Pack: 9 Formulas & Flavors for Energy, Focus & Performance Support

Nine sessions. Nine formulas. Nine different ways to absolutely destroy every workout you'll ever have. The Pre-Workout Variety Pack is the most complete pre-workout collection SFL has ever assembled — nine distinct formulas covering every training modality, every energy profile, every flavor preference, and every type of athlete. No two workouts are the same. No two days feel the same. Your pre-workout shouldn't either. Whether you're going for a deadlift PR, grinding through a two-hour conditioning block, running at dawn, or just need to get off the couch and get moving — there is a formula in this pack built specifically for that moment. Nine flavors. Nine formulas. One complete pre-workout system. Made fresh to order in Golden, Colorado. Veteran-owned. No proprietary blends. No inadequate doses hiding behind fancy labels. ⚡ What's In The Pack & When To Use Each One 1. Poseidon Pre-Workout: Fruit Punch — Your Heavy Lifting Day Named for the god of the seas — commanding, powerful, and unstoppable. Poseidon is your maximum-output formula for the days when you're moving serious weight. PR attempts, heavy compound sessions, squats, deadlifts, bench — the days where every available performance advantage matters. The bold fruit punch flavor hits with the same intensity as the formula itself. Energy, focus, and pump compounds tuned for your absolute strongest sessions. Take it 20–30 minutes before your heaviest lifts of the week. 2. Grapes of Wrath Pre-Workout: Guava Berry — Your High Volume Day Grapes of Wrath was built for the long sessions — the high-volume hypertrophy days where you're running 20+ sets, circuit after circuit, and you need energy that lasts the entire duration rather than peaking and crashing halfway through. The tropical guava berry flavor tastes like a reward before you've even touched a weight. Sustained, even energy across extended training blocks. This is your mid-week workhorse — the formula responsible for the sessions that actually build the most muscle over time. 3. Raijin Thunder Pre-Workout: Yuzu Flavor — Your Explosive Power Day Raijin is the Japanese god of thunder and lightning — and this formula delivers exactly that. Named for raw, explosive power, Raijin Thunder is tuned for the athletic, explosive training days — Olympic lifts, box jumps, sprint intervals, plyometrics, or any session where you need fast-twitch power expression and sharp neuromuscular activation. The distinctive yuzu flavor — bright, citrusy, and bold — is unlike anything else in the pack, perfectly matched to the electric energy profile of the formula. When you need to be fast and powerful, reach for Raijin. 4. Zeus Lightning Pre-Workout: Electric Jasmine — Your Speed & Conditioning Day Zeus rules the pantheon — and Zeus Lightning is the formula you reach for when you need to perform across every energy system simultaneously. Speed work, conditioning circuits, HIIT, athletic drills, or the days where your session is long, varied, and demands both aerobic and anaerobic output. The electric jasmine flavor is distinctive, refined, and surprisingly addictive — the kind of flavor that makes you actually look forward to your pre-workout ritual. Sharp, fast, and dominant from the first sip. 5. Cotton Candy Pre-Workout: Sweet Meets Savage — Your Fun Intensity Day Don't let the flavor fool you. Cotton Candy Pre-Workout delivers 200mg of caffeine in the most deceptively enjoyable pre-workout formula in the pack — sweet meets savage in the most literal sense. This is the formula for the days when you need serious stimulation but want a flavor so good it makes the entire gym experience more enjoyable. High-intensity days where mood matters as much as energy — because the best sessions happen when you're genuinely fired up and having fun. Take it when you want maximum energy with maximum flavor reward. 6. Melon Creamsicle Pre-Workout — Your Mid-Week Grind Day Cool, smooth, and relentlessly effective — Melon Creamsicle is the most refreshing formula in the pack. Designed for the mid-week grind sessions that aren't glamorous but are absolutely necessary — the Wednesday workouts when motivation isn't at its peak but consistency demands you show up anyway. The creamy melon flavor makes showing up feel like a treat. Balanced energy that carries you through the sessions that separate the committed from the casual. This is your consistency formula. 7. Strawberry Shortcake Pre-Workout: Crush Workouts & Runs — Your Cardio & Running Day Purpose-built for the runs, the bikes, the rows, and the cardio sessions that demand sustained cardiovascular output over an extended period. Strawberry Shortcake delivers clean, smooth energy that supports aerobic performance without the overstimulation that makes cardio feel worse rather than better. The warm, dessert-inspired strawberry flavor is uniquely approachable and light — exactly right for the days when you're covering miles rather than moving iron. For runners, cyclists, rowers, and anyone whose cardio sessions are a core part of their training identity. 8. Green Tea Pre-Workout: L-Theanine, Taurine & Caffeine — Your Clean Energy Day Not every session needs maximum stimulation — and the athletes who understand this train smarter than those who don't. The Green Tea Pre-Workout is your clean, balanced energy formula for morning sessions, active recovery days, technical skill work, yoga, mobility, or any day when you're sensitive to stimulants or training within a few hours of sleep. L-Theanine pairs with caffeine to produce the renowned "calm focus" effect — alert, energized, and locked in without jitters, anxiety, or crash. The cleanest, most intelligent formula in the pack. Use it any time you want performance without overstimulation. 9. B-12 Boost Energy Strips: Fast-Acting Energy & Focus Support — Your Anywhere, Anytime Formula The wildcard of the pack — and the one that makes this collection genuinely unique. SFL's B-12 Boost Energy Strips are the pre-workout you take when you have no shaker, no water, and no time. Place one strip on your tongue, let it dissolve in seconds, and get fast-acting B-12 energy and focus support through sublingual absorption — bypassing digestion entirely for the fastest possible onset.
