Pre-Workout (Bombsicle)

The Grown-Up Choice for High Performance Most pre-workouts are built for "the buzz." They load you up with enough caffeine to make your skin crawl, which might feel great for twenty minutes, but it’s a disaster for the rest of your day. If you’re a high performer, you can’t afford to spend your 11:00 AM meeting in a "stimulant fog" or dealing with a mid-afternoon crash. Core Med Science (CMS) is what we call a "Performance-First, Stim-Last" formula. It’s a precision tool for the athlete who treats their body like a high-performance machine rather than an amusement park ride. Strategic Energy for a Productive Day We chose a strategic 100mg dose of caffeine. It’s enough to lower your perceived exertion and make the weights feel lighter, but it won’t spike your cortisol or send your heart racing. Because we haven't overloaded the stimulants, you won't deal with vasoconstriction—the narrowing of blood vessels that actually kills your pump. More importantly, you won't crash. You can kill your workout, shower, and head straight into your workday with clean, sustainable energy. The Nootropic Edge: Dialed-In, Not Distracted The trend in 2026 has shifted from "frantic energy" to "cognitive clarity." We’ve included 300mg of Alpha-GPC, a powerhouse nootropic that targets your "movement" neurotransmitter. In the gym, this gives you a locked-in mind-muscle connection. In the office, that same cognitive support helps you stay "dialed-in" and focused. It’s the difference between feeling "vibrated" and feeling sharp. Clinical Doses, No Fluff We didn't cut corners on the ingredients that actually build muscle and endurance: The Pump: 6,000mg of Citrulline Malate. This is the clinical sweet spot for Nitric Oxide. It’s about getting maximum blood flow to the muscle without the digestive bloat of "mega-dosing." The Endurance: 3,000mg of Beta-Alanine. This is a high-tier dose designed to buffer lactic acid. It’s what helps you squeeze out those final three reps when your body wants to quit. The "Grown-Up" Choice If you’re an active gym goer or a busy professional, you know that 350mg of caffeine is a recipe for high blood pressure and a ruined night’s sleep. CMS is the sophisticated alternative. It’s for the person who wants their veins to pop and their muscles to feel full, but also wants to stay healthy and productive long after they’ve left the gym. Precision performance. Zero fluff. No crash. NSF Certified for Sport®
