Pre-Spawn Bassin' Casting Rod Kits - CB846

During the pre-spawn and early spring transition, a chatterbait is a highly effective tool for covering water and targeting bass staging around grass, rock, and secondary structure. The CB846 delivers the length and power needed to make long casts and keep your bait in the strike zone as fish position just outside spawning areas. Its moderate fast action helps absorb aggressive strikes and keeps fish pinned, while the responsive blank allows anglers to feel the steady vibration of the blade and instantly recognize when it changes. With plenty of backbone for solid hooksets around submerged cover, the CB846 is a dependable choice for capitalizing on the spring chatterbait bite.
