Black Truffle Salami

Black Truffle is luxurious from the very first bite. It’s earthy, smooth, and deeply aromatic, with that unmistakable truffle depth that feels both rustic and indulgent at the same time. The flavor is rich without being overwhelming, letting the natural sweetness of the pork shine through while the truffle adds a warm, savory finish. It’s the kind of salami that instantly elevates a board and makes even a simple snack feel like a treat. Our Kunekune pigs are raised right here on our farm with the same care and intention that goes into every product we make. They spend their days moving through regeneratively managed pastures and woodlands, rooting, grazing, and living the way pigs are meant to live. They’re fed a non GMO locally milled feed, and every animal on our farm is raised without vaccines, hormones, or antibiotics. That slow, natural lifestyle creates an honest pork flavor you can taste in every slice.
