[Pre-Order] Rapido 1128016 | Greenbrier Transverse Coil Car (3-Pack) - Home Shops Leasing | HO Scale

Greenbrier's transverse coil car is a modern answer to an old problem: steel coils are dense, awkward, and hate moving. The five-trough design carries them crosswise under removable covers, and Rapido has made the first HO model of the type. This is a 3-pack, so the road numbers differ within the set and you get a believable block of cars rather than the same number repeated down the train. Rapido expects this run around 18 Sep 2026. We ship it the day it reaches us. How does the pre-order work? Pick your terms at checkout: pay in full, or pay a 10% deposit with the balance invoiced before it ships. Either way your unit is held for you. Is the picture the finished model? No. Rapido has released preliminary artwork for this scheme and marks it as subject to change before production, so the finished car may differ in detail. Is the run limited? Yes. Rapido builds these in limited quantities and does not usually repeat a scheme, so reserving early is the way to be sure of one.
