PowerBoost

PowerBoost is a unique blend designed to help athletes increase lean muscle growth and strength, without bulking up. This unique blend of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), Glutamine and Creatine promotes the growth and repair of muscles and tissues and assists in reducing recovery times.   The PowerBoost is for the athlete who is serious about taking their sport to the next level. This powerful blend helps fuel skeletal muscles and increases stamina to promote athletic performance. The PowerBoost also helps delay the onset of muscles fatigue and promotes cellular hydration. Creatine is a molecule that can rapidly produce energy (ATP) to support cellular function. Thus its performance-enhancing and neuroprotective properties. It is one of the most well-researched supplements and is remarkably safe for most people. This molecule is used by athletes to increase power output and to build lean muscle mass. Creatine can also benefit the bones, muscles, and liver.   For sports focused on a good power-to-weight ratio (like swimming) making sure you get the right amount of creatine is especially important. Too much and your chances of bulking up increase. We put in just enough so that you get the benefits of becoming stronger without the chances of bulking up. Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) promote muscle protein synthesis and help prevent muscular fatigue. These BCAAs play a major role in building lean muscle and promoting glucose uptake into cells.   The benefits of taking BCAAs at the correct times include reduced recovery times and improved muscle repair, which leads to greater strength. Glutamine is an amino acid, which is often referred to as a muscle builder and plays an important role in older athletes to safeguard against reduced muscle mass. Glutamine also has intestinal and immune health benefits. Our results are backed by numbers. Within two years of launching over 40% of the USA Men's National Swim Team were taking P2Life products. Over the years, these athletes have brought home more than 18 Gold medals, and have set multiple World Records.   P2Life Masters Athletes have set over 700 Masters Swimming World Records, 40 of which were set by P2Life Co-founder, Tim Shead. Athletes taking P2Life products have set over 90 National Age Group records, and 71% of P2Life Masters athletes have been inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame. Are you ready to achieve your personal best? Every PowerBoost batch is tested to be free of banned and illegal substances by the accredited third-party Banned Substances Control Group (BSCG). This allows competing athletes and consumers to take our products with the utmost confidence knowing that the PowerBoost is free from contamination and is safe.   BSCG Certified Drug Free dietary supplements are evaluated and tested for more than 483 drugs. Their industry leading testing menus protect against 272 drugs on the World Anti-Doping Agency Prohibited List, more than any other supplement certification program available. They also cover an additional 211 prescription, over-the-counter, and illicit drugs not banned in sport, that no other program includes. Testing with BSCG ensures that the PowerBoost is “free of drug contamination that could cause an athlete to test positive on a drug test or lead to health concerns." Want the best results? Athletes who experience stiffness or would like to accelerate muscle repair and recovery will benefit from the PowerBoost. As will athletes wanting to increase lean muscle mass and strength.   Adults 40+ years: Aging bodies become less efficient at maintaining muscle strength and tend to weaken without the correct exercises. Taking the PowerBoost in conjunction with the correct training can help your body guard against reduced muscle mass and maintain strength. Swimming is one such sport where having a lean, trim and ideal power-to-weight ratio is crucial for success. The founders, who are swimmers themselves, specifically formulated the PowerBoost with this in mind.   Co-founder Tim Shead has been a swimmer his whole life. After missing his chance of becoming an Olympian, he became focused on the importance of the right nutrition for performance and started breaking World Records. At age 60 Tim started beating his best times and was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame. Co-founder and President Michael Shead represented his country in water polo and is an avid researcher of developments in the nutritional field, which he continually strives to incorporate into P2Life.
