PowerBlock PowerBench Ab Attachment

PowerBlock PowerBench Ab Attachment Core Work. You can take your home gym to the next level with a bench. There’s no need to house large pieces of equipment, or bulky weight racks that take up space. The PowerBench 2.0 Ab attachment locks into the PowerBench 2.0 and allows a wider variation of movements with just a bench. Core strength is vital for improving fitness across the board. It can help increase your other lifts, and injury prevention, and who doesn’t want visible abs? Target your abs in a specific way, by restricting the movement to isolate your abductor muscles. Compared to doing abs on a mat this attachment allows this increased isolation.
