Power supply kit

Jaltest Power Supply Kit (SKU 70002011) There's a frustrating situation every field technician runs into: you need to run diagnostics on a vehicle, but the diagnostic port is buried, awkward to reach, or the vehicle has no accessible auxiliary power outlet near where you need to work. The Jaltest Power Supply Kit ($220) solves that problem with three cables designed specifically for difficult power and routing situations. Compatible with all Jaltest V9 diagnostic systems. What's in the Kit — Every Cable Listed JDC10AM2 — Auxiliary power supply cable, 1.8 meters. Cigarette lighter plug to SUBD-26 connector. Standard reach for most cab and engine compartment work. JDC20AM2 — Lighter power supply cable, 3.0 meters. Cigarette lighter plug to SUBD-26 connector. The longer cable for situations where the power outlet and the diagnostic port are far apart — field service trucks, large cab-over trucks, or equipment where you're routing cable around obstacles. JDC100 — Extension cable, SUBD-26 plus Jack, 0.5 meters. Adds reach when you need just a little more length to make a clean connection. When You Actually Need This Kit This kit is not glamorous, but it solves real problems in real shops and field service situations: Vehicles without an accessible OBD port near the cab — Heavy construction equipment and agricultural machinery often have diagnostic ports tucked into locations that make cable routing a headache. The 3-meter cable handles the distance. Field service trucks — When you're diagnosing equipment in a field or on a job site, you may need to pull power from wherever you can find it. Having both a 1.8m and a 3.0m option means you're covered in most situations without improvising. Vehicles where the power outlet is far from the diagnostic connection point — Some truck configurations put the cigarette lighter on one side of the cab and the diagnostic port on the other. The 3-meter cable eliminates the problem. Tight connector locations — The 0.5-meter SUBD-26 extension gives you room to work when the Jaltest unit itself needs to sit slightly away from a cramped port. Compatibility This power supply kit is compatible with all Jaltest V9 diagnostic systems. It does not replace your primary diagnostic cables — it supplements them by solving the power delivery and cable routing challenges that come up in everyday diagnostic work, particularly in heavy truck, off-highway, and field service environments.
