It allows the air and fluid left in the rack to circulate back and forth for proper operation while keeping it properly sealed with OE style inverted double flare line and fittings! If your rack has three ports you will need to plug the remaining port with a flywheel bolt (not included). Fits: 92-00 Civic and 94-01 Integra **DOES NOT FIT 3 PORT STEERING RACK.
