Power Max Heavy Duty Actuators - 900 to 1500lbs Force

Description *NOTE: DISCONTINUED . WILL NOT RE-STOCK, ONCE STOCK IS GONE* Introducing the Power Max Actuator, a cutting-edge electric linear actuator specifically engineered for heavy-duty applications requiring substantial force. Crafted from robust, durable materials, this actuator is built to withstand the most demanding tasks. With its integrated Feedback system, you can easily monitor and adjust performance as needed, ensuring optimal functionality. Additionally, the built-in Clutch provides essential overload protection, safeguarding the actuator from potential damage. Our Power Max Actuator stands out with its thoughtful design features. Equipped with Limit switches for strokes up to 24 inches, this actuator offers precise control over its range of motion. As the stroke exceeds 30 inches, the intelligent Overload Clutch automatically disengages the motor upon reaching the end of the stroke, preventing any potential mishaps. Moreover, the Motor end Clevis can be effortlessly rotated by 90 degrees, while the moving end Rod shaft allows for seamless 360-degree rotation, providing enhanced flexibility and adaptability in various applications. We take pride in offering a versatile lineup of the Power Max Actuator, available in eight distinct stroke lengths. Additionally, you can choose from two different force and speed models to tailor the actuator's performance to your specific requirements. To further cater to your needs, we offer both 12V and 24V options, providing flexibility and compatibility with a wide range of power systems. Note: Our Industrial actuators have a high current draw; due to this they will underperform if used with the current FCB control boxes. To Synchronize these units, use a PLC and High Current DC Motor Driver. The name "Power Max" perfectly encapsulates the essence of these remarkable actuators. Engineered for superior force capabilities, they excel in rugged applications where power and reliability are paramount. With a range of stroke options available as standard and the ability to accommodate custom orders for any stroke length, the Power Max Actuator represents the pinnacle of performance and versatility in the electric linear actuator market.
