Powder Tie-Dye Bowl Workshop: Exploring Color & Movement in Glass Powders Dive into bold color and expressive movement in the Powder Tie-Dye Bowl Workshop, a vibrant fused glass class exploring the dynamic possibilities of glass powders. You’ll learn how to apply, blend, and manipulate powdered glass to create organic transitions, soft gradients, and energetic tie-dye effects while focusing on thoughtful color placement, composition, and expressive layering techniques. By the end of class, you’ll design two unique powder tie-dye bowls that will be kiln-fused and slumped after class to create functional, artful forms. Prerequisites No prior experience required. Class Details Create two powder tie-dye fused glass bowls Instruction in powder application, layering, color blending, and movement techniques Duration: 1.5 hours All supplies included Finished bowls will be fused and slumped after class All supplies included Ages 16+ Closed-toe shoes required Participants must be able to wear an N95 mask during powder use Skill level: Intermediate  Ready for pickup approximately 7–10 days after class **Photos shown are examples of possible outcomes.
