Pottery Wheel Spin Workshop

Take a spin on the pottery wheel! Pottery is a process, and you can have the opportunity to try it out for yourself! In this special workshop we offer you the chance to try the first part of the process and throw some clay… on the wheel! No prior knowledge needed, no expectations, nothing is kept, just to try out for a fun experience!  What's included:  Instructor led 2-hour class with all materials Demonstration of the wheel throwing process  Time to practice working with clay on the wheel Experimentation to attempt to make a bowl Photo Opportunities to show off your skills Smash it fun at the end of class Adults and kids ages 8+ welcome. (We do not recommend children under this age to attend this workshop.  ***Please note: This is just for a fun experience with multiple attempts to make a bowl, however, nothing will be kept. Pottery is a process and it takes at least 3 class sessions to fully understand the basic steps of making pottery.
