Potocki Polish Vodka

The Potocki Polish Vodka is old-world craftsmanship meets smooth, modern sophistication. Made with 100% Polish rye and distilled just twice to keep its bold character intact, this isn’t your typical neutral vodka—it’s got depth, personality, and a seriously clean finish. 40% ABV, 750 ml On the nose, you get a hint of fresh grain and subtle spice. Take a sip, and it's silky yet complex, with a peppery rye kick and a soft, creamy mouthfeel. The finish? Crisp, elegant, and endlessly smooth. Whether you’re sipping it neat, crafting next-level cocktails, or just appreciating the heritage of one of Poland’s finest, Potocki Vodka is pure class in a glass. No gimmicks—just exceptional vodka done right. "The bouquet is subtle and alluring, with distant notes of buttered popcorn and escarole broth; aeration stimulates aromas of peanut butter, rye toast and damp cobblestone. Silky palate entry is slightly sweet, concentrated and grainy; at midpalate, the flavor turns drier, lightly spiced and almost fruity (as in dried fruit). Aftertaste is long and spicy. Well crafted and quality driven." (90-95 Points) Wine Enthusiast More than half a century later, Jan-Roman Potocki took up his forefathers’ legacy, producing a spirit expressing the full character of Polish vodka and carrying forth a proud family tradition. Potocki Wodka today is distilled in central Poland at a small facility surrounded by fields and forests, chosen for its artisanal approach. At every step of production care is taken to privilege taste, starting with the choice of ingredients. Superior quality rye is sourced from the fields surrounding the distillery. The resulting mash is only twice distilled - as every additional run would unnecessarily strip the alcohol of its character – at low speeds to ensure balance and smoothness. The distillate is tasted at regular intervals, and only selected when optimum criteria are reached. The resulting pure alcohol is watered down to the required strength and tasted again by Jan-Roman Potocki and the distiller.
