Gorgeous blue heirloom potato variety has blue flesh and deep purple skin that stays bright after cooking! Silky texture great for mashing. Potatoes are cool-season vegetables and can survive light frosts. "New" potatoes can be harvested in 7-8 weeks, full sized potatoes can be harvested after around 3-4 months, 2 weeks after the foliage dies back (this delay allows the skin to set.)
