While I do use some power tools, this is largely done using tools powered by hand. Because of this, you may see the occasional file or chisel mark, slight asymmetry or other irregularity not normally found in mass-produced, machine-made items. These are not defects, but hallmarks which stand in mute testimony to the item’s hand-made status. As such, they are not grounds for returning the item. If, however, the item does not work as intended, I’ll gladly replace or refund your money.
