Posy Sugar

Posy: noun - a small bunch of flowers. We love this sugar a whole bunch. We hand blend delicate hibiscus, rose, and lavender petals with vanilla bean infused sugar to create each batch of this sweet gourmet blend. As delicious as it is beautiful, this sugar pairs naturally with sweets, drinks, and savory items alike. We love it daily on top of a frothy latte or in a chamomile tea. Try it on shortbread cookies or cupcakes for an earthy floral flavor and colorful presentation. We love it on fresh fruit and on the rim of just about any beverage - lemonade, gin and tonic, margarita, you name it! Try dashing it on spring peas or carrot puree.
