Elina Pilates Postural Wedge USA 460000-0 Product Description The Elina Pilates Postural Wedge is an accessory designed to provide support and comfort during Pilates practice. It is placed between the shoulder rests of the Reformer, allowing a slight incline, in order to assist clients with shoulder, neck or facial injuries, or those who experience dizziness or postural patterns that make it difficult to lie supine. In addition, the wedge is widely used to support pregnant women during Pilates exercises. It is placed under the hips to align the spine and pelvis, which helps to relieve pressure and discomfort in the lower back and hips. This accessory is a valuable tool for pregnant women who wish to keep fit safely and comfortably during pregnancy through the practice of Pilates.
