The posterior night splint is a device that provides a static stretch to the plantar fascia while the user is at rest. This is important as part of complete therapy package. The plantar fascia tightens as a person rests or sleeps. The tightening and stretching from daily use causes inflammation in the fascia. The night splint will aid in recovery by helping to keep the fascia stretched out while resting. The night splint is commonly prescribed as a treatment protocol in our clinical physicians’ office. Our clinical physician tells us the night splint is essential for plantar fasciitis recovery.  The posterior night splint helps control the foot better while resting. Order the night splint today and make it part of your heel pain relief.
