UPbag for Businesses

HOW IT WORKS The Upcycle Project's UP Bag program is specifically designed to recycle the textile waste needs of your business. Our approach customizes textile repurposing to fit the unique requirements of each client, ensuring an effective and seamless process. Simple Steps to Make a Big Difference: Assessment of Needs: We begin by estimating your monthly textile waste to customize our services effectively for your organization. Delivery of UP Bags: Based on the assessment, we deliver the appropriate number of UP Bags (40 LBS) needed to store your damaged or unwanted textiles.  Collection of Textiles: Fill up the UP Bags with clean, dry, unwanted textiles. Schedule Your Pickup: Contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time for your filled bags. Continuous Service: After picking up the full bags, we deliver empty ones to manage your next month's textile waste efficiently. What Happens Next? Once the textiles arrive at our facility, they are sorted and bailed. The materials are then shipped to our repurposing partners. This process ensures that all collected textiles are handled responsibly and contribute to our sustainability goals. Certification & Brand Protection:  At Upcycle Project, we recognize the importance of safeguarding your brand’s reputation while advancing your sustainability initiatives. To support your efforts, we provide two crucial certifications: Certificate of Brand Protection: This certificate acknowledges your commitment to responsible practices and protects your brand integrity by aligning with industry-leading standards for textile waste management, assuring your textiles will not enter the secondary clothing market.  Certificate of Environmental Activism: As part of our dedication to transparency and impact, we offer a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Certificate. This recognizes your efforts in reducing environmental impact through our textile repurposing program and helps quantify your contributions toward Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Goals.  Act Now: By participating in the Upcycle Project, your organization not only adheres to its ESG goals but also positions itself as a leader in sustainable practices. These certificates serve as a testament to your commitment and actions toward a more sustainable future, enhancing stakeholder confidence and supporting your market positioning as a responsible business. Together, let’s turn your environmental goals into your brand’s strengths, one certification at a time. Why Choose Us? As a registered non-profit, the Upcycle Project not only assures the repurposing of textiles, but educates. We're dedicated to reducing textile waste through active community involvement and hands-on environmental education. By participating, you help us complete the cycle of fashion sustainability and teach our children the importance of protecting our planet!
