POSEIDON JETSTREAM MK3

POSEIDON JETSTREAM MK3 The Jetstream Mk3 is an updated version of the classic Jetstream. We have now connected a Jetstream second stage with an Xstream first stage, thus creating an even better version of this high performing regulator. With its unique style, multiple colors and rugged reliability, the Jetstream is ideal for beginners and experienced divers alike. Effortless breathing at any depth. The first stage incorporates a safety valve that allows you to continue to breathe normally from the second stage, even in the unlikely event of abnormally high pressure air in the first stage. KEY PERFORMANCE FEATURES: No manual adjustment of breathing resistance needed, performs equally well at all depths Dive button control minimizes risk for free-flow when used as a bail-out kit. EAN 40 ready and compatible Ambidextrous, works perfectly either way up, from left or right side No environmental sealing required for cold water Material: Durable PVC housing with metal mechanism and rubber parts TECHNICAL FEATURES: Equipped with two dive modes Robust, durable Approved to EN250 cold water standard Unique Thermo Dynamic Anti-freeze system (TDA) Reliable high performance 2nd stage could be used either from left or right Upstream 2nd stage valve Standard on Atmosphere Full Face Mask XSTREAM 1st STAGE The first stage is a balanced rolling diaphragm ball valve producing extreme leak tightness. Conventional designs are sensitive to wear, misalignment, and manufacturing precision. A ball always finds its correct place. Combined with the 2nd stage, the enormous capacity of the 1st stage make the regulator meet the EN 250 breathing performance requirements even at as low as 16 bar (232psi) cylinder pressure. This means that you gain an extra 34 bar (493 psi) of gas compared to most other regulators! The Xstream construction requires less o-rings than any other regulator. Except for sealing the blind screws (3-4), there is just 1 sealing o-ring (semi-static) in the bottom mounted versions and 2 in the side mounted. The hose routing is developed to be optimized for a redundant system, using two regulators. The HP ports are positioned to accommodate the use of gas monitoring computers e.g. first stage mounted HP sender/receive units JETSTREAM 2nd STAGE Durable PVC housing with metal mechanism and rubber parts Use either way up Robust and very durable Approved for cold water diving Reliable high performance Colors: Black, Blue, Red, Grey, Yellow
