Portland Za'atar

Portland Za'atar is a spice blend inspired by the robust and unforgettable flavors we’ve found in Middle East and Mediterranean. This Za’atar blend brings a toasted, herbaceous and tangy note to every savory dish it’s paired with. We source the finest thyme, sumac and other herbs for this blend and layer in our Pacific Ocean Sea Salt. The freshness of the herbs come out instantly in both the smell and color of this blend. Za'atar will elevate and brighten your favorites spreads like hummus and labneh, provide the perfectly addicting accompaniment to bread and olive oil or will level up your roasted chicken, fish and veggies as either a rub or marinade.
