SQM PORTERHOUSE STEAK- if you are looking for an absolutely fabulous steak for the grill the Porterhouse is it! Our Porterhouse steak's are a treat- cut from the short loin combining the Strip steak and the largest portion of the tenderloin or filet. Steaks are hand cut 1-1.5" thick and dry aged. Weights and Sizes are as follows: • Small up to 1.25 lbs | $35 • Medium 1.25-1.5 lbs | $42 • Large 1.5-2 lbs | $56 **Special requests can be made with the farm direct for extra thick steaks. AVAILABLE- Starting June 11th
