Produced using the same aerospace-grade autoclave process as our Gunther Werks components, this diffuser delivers industry-leading strength, rigidity, and surface quality. Each unit is crafted from resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber, resulting in a product that’s 20%–30% stiffer and more durable than standard wet lay-up alternatives. Our vacuum-forming technique removes excess resin, minimizing weight while maintaining structural integrity. This meticulous process allows for tighter fitment tolerances and a refined finish that integrates perfectly with factory body lines and mounting points. Constructed with a blend of unidirectional and 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber, the GW9 rear diffuser represents the intersection of performance engineering and lightweight artistry.
