Pork Schnitzel

This gourmet entrée is classic German comfort cuisine. It features premium pork tenderloin, pounded thin, coated with seasoned breadcrumbs, and fried until golden brown, juicy, and tender. It is a rich and succulent gourmet entrée that truly delivers on flavor.   Our Pork Schnitzel is old-world comfort food at its finest. Simple to prepare—just heat and serve, Pork Schnitzel is a delicious weeknight meal, but also fit for company. Serve with noodles or the traditional spaetzle and add our savory Mushroom Medley or your own mushroom gravy to create the traditional jagerschnitzel. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor and authenticity.  The flavors of the pork tenderloin in this schnitzel work quite well with a variety of gourmet sides. As a classic German dish, Brussels Sprouts Gratin Casserole and Kettle Cooked Apples are a great match.
