GOS Pork Lard is rendered from our pasture-raised Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs, carefully raised here on Lake Joy Farmstead without soy or corn in their diet. This traditional approach ensures a clean, rich flavor and superior quality fat, ideal for cooking and baking. Our commitment to natural, sustainable farming practices results in lard that levels up (or brings you back to the way grandma used to do it) and animal welfare.
