Pulled Pork Empanada

It takes us hours to roast the pork shoulder to perfection, but every minute is worth it to achieve that deep, sweet flavor. Carrots and onions mirror and enhance the flavor of the meat, and our addition of house-made plum sauce makes this an empanada you won't try just once. With 16g of protein, this is our meatiest empanada of all. 4.2 oz Empanada Bakes in 25 min, no thawing or preparation required.  Plan two empanadas per meal.
