POPIL by Viktor Voitko

A Classic Reimagined for Modern Magic This isn't just a throwback it's a fresh take on a time-tested effect that now fits today’s world. When cigarettes are off the table and smoke-filled rooms are a thing of the past, this clever routine lets you deliver a surprising moment that still hits just as hard. With just a lighter and a small piece of paper, a mysterious ash mark appears in the spectator’s own palm. No smoke, no mirrors, just pure reaction. As an added kicker, you’ll create a stunning visual as the burning paper floats upward in midair, leaving your audience in total disbelief. Why You’ll Love It: Pocket-sized and easy to carry No recharging required—use it again and again Plays big in close-up or surrounded Involves your spectator directly Ready to go whenever you are What’s Included: Custom gimmicked lighter Specially treated paper The secret paste that makes the impossible possible This is one of those effects that leaves a lasting impression and it’s always ready when you are.
