Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic

This is not your average ponzu. We start with high quality, barrel aged balsamic from Italy and infuse it with bright citrus and savory umami flavors inspired by classic Japanese ponzu. The result is tangy, slightly sweet, and deeply savory with a thick texture that actually sticks to your food. It’s fresh, bold, and instantly makes everyday meals taste exciting with zero extra effort. No More Kitchen Frustrations: Tired of thin ponzu that runs right off your food? This one is thick, rich, and perfectly glazeable. Sick of sauces that are too sour or too salty? Our balsamic balances citrus, sweet, and umami in every bite. Over artificial, overly sugary sauces? Now you can enjoy that citrus, umami flavor you love without any added sugars or fillers! Say goodbye to fake, sugary flavors! Like all our infused balsamics, this one starts with high quality, barrel aged balsamic straight from Italy. We then add all natural, fresh flavors for the perfect infusion. No shortcuts. Just pure, yummy flavor in every drop! Nutrition: Serving Size 1 Tbsp (15ml) Calories 33, Total Fat 0g (0% DV), Sat.
