Pontedera House Plan

Mediterranean and Moorish influences come together to grant the Pontedera house plan its unique character and expansive graciousness. These 21st century features, such as the two-story leisure room and high-tech gourmet kitchen lend balance and cutting-edge style. The dining room of the Pontedera plan offers numerous entertaining options. Its generous size and a beautiful niche are designed to house a custom, built-in buffet and dramatic mirror. Tall arched windows with forward views provide soothing natural light and a lovely frame for tropical sunsets.  The master bedroom is located on the right wing of the Pontedera plan. It has access to the rear loggia from the bedroom. His and hers walk in closets are accessed through the master foyer. The master bath has a luxurious oval soaking tub and right behind is a walk in shower. This riverfront manor captures the essence of refined living with its majestic facade, rich in Mediterranean details, and stunning interior features that speak of exceptional living in each and every room. Designed to celebrate one-of-a-kind architecture and embrace the outdoors, Pontedera is a home that indulges, inspires and nurtures. A spacious loft overlooks the formal rooms and opens to the upper-level deck. There are two guest suites with full baths on the second level. Downstairs, entertainment options are expanded outdoors where the solana hosts a full kitchen, complete with built-in grille and serving counter. Accessed through zero-corner pocket sliding doors in the leisure room, the solana offers a protected outdoor living space for cooking, dining and great conversations by the fire. The Pontedera plan has 5162 square feet of living area, four bedrooms and four and 1/2 bathrooms. The plan sits on a slab/stem wall foundation.
