Pomodoro Technique Handout

The Pomodoro Technique is a popular time management strategy involving focused work intervals followed by short breaks, typically 25 minutes of work and a 5-minute break. This method is widely adopted by students to combat time blindness and help boost productivity. What makes this technique helpful is that it is flexible and can be adapted to a client’s preferences. The Pomodoro Technique Handout is designed to help clients tackle tasks one at a time while minimizing distractions. It provides straightforward steps with concise instructions. Moreover, the handout offers quick tips for further insights. As kids and teens follow the tips in this handout, they can improve their ability to accomplish school tasks and pursue their goals. For instance, when writing an essay, they can begin by brainstorming ideas, followed by a short break, and then proceed to outline their thoughts before completing the task. This handout is included in our 29-page ADHD Handouts Bundle since kids with ADHD often struggle with time management, studying, and using their time productively. *This item is an instant digital download.
