We first made this famous glaze for a BBQ event for our friends at Buttonwood Farm Winery. They wanted something for chicken wings and had tons of pomegranates to play with. We never thought it would become such a popular mainstay in our pantries. We have people who buy it by the case...one taste and you'll know why.
