Urethane Olympic Plates (LB)

2” Olympic Grip Weight Plates - Heavy Duty Polyurethane The Rubber Coated Olympic Grip Weight Plates are an essential upgrade for any fitness enthusiast seeking durable and professionally designed weights for their home or commercial gym. Ideal for a range of exercises and fitness routines, these Polyurethane Olympic Weight Plates combine functionality, safety, and sleek design, making them a perfect choice for anyone looking to enhance their weightlifting experience while maintaining a tidy and hazard-free gym environment. Features and Benefits: SOLID CONSTRUCTION: These Olympic plates are made with steel, ensuring strength and durability. The high-quality polyurethane coating guarantees longevity, keeping them in top condition for extended use. ERGONOMIC GRIP HANDLES: Each plate is designed with three grip handles, strategically placed for easy and safe handling. This feature facilitates effortless carrying, loading, and unloading from a barbell or storage rack. SAFETY-FIRST DESIGN: Boasting a unique 12-sided edged design, these plates are not perfectly round, which effectively prevents them from rolling around the gym floor – a common safety hazard with traditional round plates. STEEL INSERTS: Fitted with 2" stainless steel inserts, these plates are compatible with standard Olympic bars. They glide smoothly on and off barbell sleeves and storage pegs, adding to their practicality. CLEAR IDENTIFICATION: Raised white numbering on each plate allows for quick and easy identification, streamlining your workout experience. USAGE GUIDELINES: Designed for traditional weightlifting exercises like bench presses and squats, as well as machine workouts, these plates are not intended for dropping. Their build is strong but dropping them, particularly when on the barbell alone, may not withstand the impact due to the thickness and design.
