Polypropylene Honeycomb(PP) Core

Control-First Core for Scalable Paddle Programs Polypropylene Honeycomb (PP) Core is a proven Core Structure for brands prioritizing control, stability, and repeatable feel at scale. The hex-cell geometry helps dampen vibration and supports consistent response—well-suited for mainstream SKUs and club-level demand. Paddle Configuration System (Core-Only Technical Profile) Core Structure: Polypropylene Honeycomb (PP) — high-density polymer honeycomb with controlled cell integrity Construction Method Compatibility: Cold-Pressed builds and Thermoformed builds (project-dependent) Performance Variables (Typical Tuning): vibration damping, stability, sweet spot size, response speed Thickness Options: 10mm / 13mm / 14mm / 16mm / 18mm Thickness Selection (Quick Guide) 10–13mm: quicker response, more direct feedback 14–16mm: balanced stability and control (common for volume SKUs) 18mm: softer touch, larger sweet spot, higher forgiveness Positioning vs. Alternative Core Types When compared with many rigid foam-style cores, PP honeycomb typically delivers a more forgiving feel and a broader sweet spot—making it a reliable baseline for high-volume product lines. Premium-core selections (e.g., foam-based variants) may be used when a project targets a different feel profile or specific performance priorities. Manufacturing Consistency for Wholesale Orders As an OEM/ODM manufacturer, we manage process control from material handling to mass production to maintain core consistency and tight tolerances—supporting stable quality across bulk orders and repeat programs.
