Elder (Sambucus canadensis) - Elder flowers smell as delightful as a warm spring day. They are cooling and refreshing to the body, helping to move excess heat outward. Elder flowers support the sinus and respiratory tract of the body. Goldenrod (Solidago spp.) - Goldenrod is a gorgeous late summer bloomer who is often blamed for autumn allergies, although this is most often not the case. Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) - This ancient plant may have been around in its identical form during the age of the dinosaurs.
