Polish Picnic

Three trays of our delicious handmade pierogi (we package them a dozen to a tray), a 2 quart tub of our homemade kapusta, and a link of kielbasa. Millie's pierogi are entirely hand pinched. This enables us to get a thinner dough, unlike machine-made products. They have been fully boiled and need only to be warmed in order to serve. Our kapusta is a mixture of cabbage, sauerkraut, and onions, simmered with pork meat and spices, and a little yellow split pea thrown in at the end. A perfect side dish to our pierogi! Ships frozen. We use Blue Seal kielbasa from Chicopee Provision, right down the road from us!
