Polarmatic - Polarmoist Sensor Assembly

Polarmoist™ Optical Moisture Measurement Sensor Accurate, Non-Contact Aggregate Moisture Measurement for Consistent Concrete Quality Polarmoist™ is an advanced optical moisture measurement sensor designed specifically for the concrete industry. Utilizing LED and infrared technology, it provides reliable, real-time moisture readings of both fine and coarse aggregates without making physical contact with the material. By delivering precise moisture data, Polarmoist helps producers improve mix consistency, reduce waste, and enhance overall concrete quality. Unlike traditional contact-based sensors, Polarmoist features a non-contact design with no moving parts, eliminating wear and maintenance concerns while ensuring a long service life. The system requires only a one-time calibration for each material type and can be easily integrated with virtually any batch plant control system. Key Benefits Optical, non-contact moisture measurement Accurate and reliable moisture readings for fine and coarse aggregates No moving parts for minimal maintenance and extended service life Quick installation and simple calibration Compatible with most batch plant control systems Improves concrete quality through precise moisture control Performance Specifications Polarmoist measures moisture content from 0–16% in both fine and coarse aggregates, with a measurement distance of 2–5 feet (0.6–1.6 m). The sensor operates on a 24 VDC power supply and delivers outputs through Ethernet RJ45 and analog control signals, allowing seamless integration into existing plant automation systems. Built for Concrete Producers Developed by Polarmatic, a global leader in concrete production technology, Polarmoist helps concrete producers optimize production efficiency, improve product consistency, and reduce operational costs through accurate aggregate moisture management.
