POLAR BEAR

Zinnia elegans Like freshly fallen snow in summer, Polar Bear brings a crisp, clean beauty to the garden. Its pure white blooms—often reaching up to 3 inches across—range from delicately layered singles to lush, fully double blossoms that glow against green foliage. Each flower sits atop tall, robust stems that grow up to 36 inches, making them a standout in both borders and bouquets. Exceptionally long-lasting in vases, Polar Bear offers a fresh, elegant presence indoors, while adding a cooling contrast to the vibrant colors of the summer garden.  Zinnias come in a diverse range of shapes, sizes, and colors—something for everybody. They are heat-loving plants, best sown at the same time that peppers are transplanted outside. Zinnias bloom during that part of summer when many other flowers have finished, from late July until the rainy season sets in, or until your first frost. Germination code: (1) or (4)
