POL121JR Polyhedroid Agate Rough Specimen

This is a rough polyhedroid agate specimen featuring translucent agate and quartz crystal, with a crystal opening and tubes. The face of this nodule has been cut smooth with very minimal saw marks. 19 cm x 13.5 cm x 3 cm 1 lb 12.7 oz Polyhedroid Agates were found in Paraiba, Brazil, but are now unavailable. They are pseudomorphic formation of agate, forming in the negative space between large crystals of calcite or aragonite. They uniquely feature naturally flat surfaces in a variety of angles.
