POL116JR Polyhedroid Agate Specimen

This is a polished specimen featuring shades of light and dark blue agate with quartz crystal. There is a small opening in the quartz on the side, and also a large tube formation. 15.5 cm x 7 cm x 8.5 cm 2 lb 3.7 oz Its pair is POL117jr. Polyhedroid Agates were found in Paraiba, Brazil, but are now unavailable. They are pseudomorphic formation of agate, forming in the negative space between large crystals of calcite or aragonite.
