Podium Lamp - Copper

The Podium Lamp is a stunning table lamp featuring a brushed, spun copper base, a vintage Edison squirrel cage bulb and a black silk covered cable. Designed and made in the UK, the innovative copper lamp is controlled by touching the base to turn on/off and adjust brightness. The simple but contrasting geometry of the two elements creates a strong and distinctive profile making this beautiful lamp a standout piece whether on a desk, shelf, table or bedside table. The ability to adjust the brightness of the lamp by simply touching the base means you can adjust the brightness to fit your desired mood. The Podium Lamp was designed by Luke Rose of SLOW, a new design studio based in North East London. SLOW encourages an emphasis on quality through materials, process, sourcing and a holistic approach. They endeavour, whenever possible to use UK manufacturers, the Podium Lamp is produced by a metal spinning workshop based in the Midlands which was founded in the 60s. Click here to read more about Luke Rose and SLOW in the Our Makers section of our site.
